- Transaction details — watch model, price, payment and delivery information when you make a purchase
- Delivery address — to fulfil your order
We do not collect data automatically through the website. This site does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools.

We only access the messages you send us and your WhatsApp profile information (name and phone number). We do not control how Meta processes your data beyond our conversation.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: deleted within 12 months of last contact
- Transaction records: retained for 6 years as required by HMRC
- WhatsApp messages: retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted within 12 months of last contact, unless linked to a transaction
