1. About us
Marcean is a UK-based independent luxury watch dealer. We are not an authorised retailer for Rolex, Omega, Tudor, or any other watch brand. We source brand new, unworn watches from authorised dealers within our supply network.

- Company number: 13080774

2. How the contract is formed
These terms apply to all purchases from Marcean. A binding contract is formed when:
- You enquire about a specific watch via WhatsApp or email.
- We confirm availability, price, warranty status, and delivery details.
- You confirm you wish to proceed and we accept your order.
We will provide full details of the watch, price, and these terms before you commit to a purchase. No contract exists until we accept your order.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- The price confirmed before you commit is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.
- Payment is by bank transfer. Full payment details are provided once you confirm your order.
- Delivery costs, if any, are confirmed before you commit to purchase.
4. Delivery
- All watches are delivered via fully insured courier to your specified UK address.
- Estimated delivery times are provided when you place your order. Delivery typically takes 1-5 working days, depending on sourcing.
- Risk passes to you when the watch is delivered to the address you provided.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs may apply.
5. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us with a clear statement of your decision:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: +44 7788 912421
You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not required.
Effects of cancellation
- We will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned watch (or evidence that you have sent it back).
- You must return the watch without undue delay and no later than 14 days from informing us of your cancellation.
- The watch must be returned in its original condition — unworn, with all tags, box, papers, and packaging intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured, tracked service given the value of the goods.
- We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the watch.

6. Your consumer rights
All purchases are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means goods must be:
- As described — the watch must match the description we provided.
- Of satisfactory quality — free from defects, safe, and durable.
- Fit for purpose — suitable for the purpose a watch of that kind is ordinarily used for.
If goods do not meet these standards:
- Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund.
- Within 6 months: you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After 6 months (up to 6 years): you may still have a claim, but you may need to demonstrate the fault was present at the time of delivery.
These are your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms reduces or limits them.
7. Warranty
- Each watch comes with its original manufacturer warranty card.
- The warranty is registered by the authorised dealer at the point of original sale within our supply network. This means the warranty period begins before the watch reaches you.
- The remaining warranty duration is confirmed before every sale.
- The manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
- The manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: +44 7788 912421
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme. However, you can seek advice from:
- Citizens Advice — citizensadvice.org.uk or 0808 223 1133
- Trading Standards — via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline
You also have the right to take legal action through the courts at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
